Configuring Xfce file associations

Hi,

How do I disassociate applications from certain file types so that they won't appear in the 'Open With' list? For example, PNG images have Sunbird, Thunderbird, Firefox, GIMP and the default Ristretto associated with them. I want Ristretto to remain the default with GIMP the only other application associated with PNG images. How do I do this?

Thank you.
